Oberbrechen: A German Village Confronts its Nazi Past, written by Stefanie Fischer and Kim Wünschmann, looks at the Holocaust and its aftermath through the experiences of ordinary Jewish and non-Jewish Germans in a small rural village, exploring its impact on these communities and their relationship with each other during World War II and for many decades after, and the questions it continues to raise for Germans today.
